Very very helpful and responsive staff, stunning location. Setting next to the old city centre, supermarket and public transport nearby as well as supermarket.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

The nearest airport was conveniently far away. The property had everything I needed, including an oven and dishwasher. The famous Beurs van Berlage was a mere 2.4 km away, so I didn't have to go far to admire its beauty.

Oh, but how I loved waking up to the sun in my eyes every morning and the possibility of the neighbors catching a glimpse of my morning glory. How thrilling.

Well, it had a neat room with modern appliances.

We had a slight issue when we arrived, but the owner/agent were really good too make it right. They listened to our concerns and made sure we were happy with the resolution.

In terms of amenities, we did encounter a few minor issues. The tea and coffee machine wasn't working, the bathroom had a drainage problem, and there were some broken glasses.

The apartment at Bens The Highdocks was absolutely cozy and inviting. I loved having a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Amsterdam. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and the washing machine was a convenient bonus. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and refreshing. Plus, having a kitchen was a great option for preparing quick meals.

I personally didn't find the lack of a private bathroom to be an issue, though some might prefer it.

Convenient location near a bustling residential area, central area, and easily accessible public transportation nearby. 🏙️ A bit noisy due to ongoing construction, but still a great stay overall.

My weekend stay at Bens The Highdocks was fantastic! The room size was perfect, and the air conditioning made it comfortable. I loved the view from the hotel, and the neighborhood architecture added to the charm. Plus, being just a 15-minute walk to the ferry station and a short ride to the center was so convenient. The facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and a good coffee machine. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the patio outside provided a quiet place to relax. 20 minutes' walk to the ferry made exploring the city easy.

The location was mind-blowing! Just a short bus and ferry ride to the center. The apartment was super clean, well-equipped, and had a great bed.

The apartment had a modern design and was equipped with useful amenities like a kitchen, washer, and dryer. It felt like a small, livable space rather than just a vacation rental. the location was convenient, with a bus stop just an 8-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

There were several negative aspects that affected our stay. there were issues with the central heating system, which made loud and disruptive noises throughout the entire place.

The only thing we didn't particularly like was the size of the flat-screen TV, but that's just our personal preference.

The apartment had a dishwasher and oven, which was great because I love doing dishes on vacation. The location was a bit far, but hey, at least I got some exercise walking to Dam Square.

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect! 🌟.
